OptiBoutique is a daughter company of OptiPlus. In its numerous affiliated stores, the company provides customers medical optical diagnosis services, and a wide range of lenses and eyeglass frames, offering consultation, and the possibility of customizing the frames for each customer who crosses their threshold. In order to meet the needs and desires of their customers, the company cooperates with internationally recognized brands such as Ray-Ban, Vespa, Karl Lagerfeld, Leica, Carl Zeiss, but also with local manufacturers and less known manufacturers, to ensure that they can meet the needs and desires of their customers, whether their budget is large or small.

project description and objectives

Having an online store, the company initially wanted to have e-commerce photographs for their products. Later on, they wanted to reach a wider audience with the help of social networks Facebook and Instagram. Therefore, creating the social-media pages and content for them, became another goal of the company. Further on, it was desired to create online marketing and promotion campaigns, both static and animated, with a well-chosen targeted audience, that would interact with the content and lead to a higher conversion rate, and an organic increase in sales and brand awareness.

Results

As a result of the collaboration, OptiBoutique has succeeded in achieving all its objectives. The graphics and photos resulting from the photo shoots have been used for advertising campaigns, both online and in the production of flyers and brochures. The product photos helped improve the online store’s image, and the static and animated ads enjoyed an impressive number of interactions on social media, driving 67% of viewers to the company’s website.
